Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is a simple and safe procedure for exfoliating the face and ridding of fine vellus hairs (peach fuzz). Dermaplaning uses a sterile surgical scalpel specially designed for the face to gently remove the top layer of dead skin. Dermaplaning is more gentle, yet deeper exfoliating than microdermabrasion.

400-Hour advanced Skincare

Aestheticians and skin care specialists are healers. Our program's goal is to help others love their skin by providing them with up-to-date information, tools, and treatments they need to offer their clients to obtain healthy & beautiful skin whether they visit their skin care specialist once a month or once a year! As an aesthetician, besides performing luxurious treatments to the skin, you will be taught the latest technology in skin rejuvenation and regeneration as well as a variety of skin peels. Our program follows the state requirements for hair removal, makeup application reinforced through local artists, airbrush makeup introduction, how to perform a correct skin analysis to maintain a constant client base, and how to recommend correct retail products for long-term care. You will also learn how to perform a body wrap as an additional service, as well as body treatments. After all, aging isn't confined to only the face so the body needs to be treated as well! Our in-depth program is what sets us apart from the rest.

Skills covered in this program:

Microdermabrasion.jpg

Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion treatments use a mildly abrasive instrument to gently sand your skin, removing the thicker, uneven outer layer. This type of skin rejuvenation is used to treat light scarring, discoloration, sun damage and stretch marks.

Anti-Aging Facial

Anti-aging facials use products and techniques designed to slow the aging process, brighten skin, and reduce wrinkles. There are a variety of anti-aging facial treatments to select from, including those utilizing vitamin-infused serums, collagen creams, and rejuvenating facial massage techniques. Additional anti-aging solutions include light therapy facials, laser skin services, and microdermabrasion.

Deep cleansing facials are a multi-step skin treatment that can include exfoliation, face masks, cleansing, a facial massage, steam, and a variety of creams and lotions. There are a variety of facials that are chosen depending on your specific skin issues and skin type.

Face Treatments

A chemical peel is a technique used to improve the appearance of the skin on the face, neck or hands. A chemical solution is applied to the skin that causes it to exfoliate and eventually peel off. The new, regenerated skin is usually smoother and less wrinkled than the old skin.
